   D. Other disciplinary actions may be taken

Guidelines for Visitors:

1.  Visitors must sit quietly in the designated area.

3.  Any interruptions could result in serious injury.
4.  If you have young children with you, please, do not allow them to enter the workout area.
This could be extremely hazardous to them and to the practicing students. They must
remain with the parent at all times in the viewing area. Only Budokan Dojo employees are
allowed behind the Pro-Shop Counter area.
5. All Cell Phones and Pagers must be turned off when in the Dojo training area.
6. All visitors are held to the same Dojo Rules as the students.
7. Please refer to all black belts as either Sensei or Mr., Mrs. and Ms. plus last name both
inside and outside in public at all times.

Class Payments and Fees:

All Class fees are due on the 1st or 15th class day of the month depending on your signup date. After 5 days they will be $20.00 in late fees assessed per month until the balance is paid up. We only accept EFT (electronic funds transfer) for the payment of tuition. If your payment bounces you will be required to pay a $40 non-sufficient fund fee plus your tuition immediately.

Withdrawal from classes: We offer contract term memberships. Each contract membership can be cancelled with written notice within 30 days prior to the beginning of the contract renewal time period, or by paying 25% of the remaining amount due on the membership. It is the student's responsibility to know their expiration term and notify the dojo as outlined above. We do not contact students when they are up for renewal.

Students on a month to month membership must submit in writing 30 days prior to the requested cancellation date and one more final payment must be cleared at the bank and deposited for termination to incur. Written notice is required for any and all cancellations.

We reserve the right to cancel memberships at any time with no pro-ration or refund of membership fees. We do not offer refunds for any classes/memberships due to missed class participation or for any reason.
