Etiquette and Traditions of the Budokan Dojo

The study of Martial Arts is steeped in culture and tradition which enhances its value to the development of the student along their path towards mastering them. These traditions and etiquettes have been in place for centuries and are a fundamental part of the process on how you are to behave and train while you are on  your pathway to mastery. Please make sure you read through each section and use it as a reference guide if you come across something that you do not understand. The Aiki Te Ryu system is very traditional and our rules, traditions and etiquettes are mandatory at all times from every single student regardless of rank or status within the Ryu.
