KID TIGER KARATE - SPECIAL PROGRAM AT OUR DOJO

Our Kid Tiger program has been specifically designed to teach children ages 3 to 5 Martial Arts skills in more relaxed environment and as an introduction course. This program is broken down into several aspects and includes about 60% of the focus on teaching them Karate skills. The remaining 40% is focused on coordination, balance, listening and focus skills to name a few. Many schools today claim to offer "life skills" classes for students. Our dojo has no need to do this as the martial arts, when taught properly and by a qualified Sensei, are all life skills classes.

Kid Tigers have a specialized belt system that leads them through the basics of martial arts and focuses on graduating them to the regular Karate Kids classes at our dojo. Several of our child students began in the Kid Tiger program and have excelled in both their training and improving their skills in everyday life.

The rank structure is show below along with the required class hours to promote. Each class is only 30 minutes. Please note the curriculum for this program is not available online since it is our program. We have had other schools steal our materials and attempt at duplicating this program. We apologize for this but protecting something we have worked so hard to create for children is a high priority with our dojo.

The program length is on average of 200 class hours to reach Tiger Black Belt and graduate to the Karate Kids class. It will vary depending on the student of course and their skill levels along with development of skills needed to move up into the next class level.
